∎ RareFlora: when seeing the name of the artist for the first time, and listening to the EP, I begin to imagine this Roblox-like idle-pixel-game virtual space, where you can find rare types of flora, like easter eggs. Picture some blue flower that is floating in that digital space. If you have memories of playing Spyro on PlayStation 1, and you haven't played that game for so long, the memory almost disappears completely. This is pretty much how this EP sounds to me. But there is more depth to the music, see the part escalating toward the glitchy climax at <1:54>? This is like some dragon speed chase suddenly malfunctioning into the other realm, from 2D into 3D. + I think I heard some baile funk beatbox (from <2:00>) which is a crazy nice touch.

∎ RareFlora is a musician and producer actively working on the genre crossroads of hyperpop and avant-garde electronics. Svyatoslav managed to collaborate with such hyperpop artists as Petal Supply and New Sylveon, produced his debut longplay Embrace, joined the roster of the label and community RESEARCHCORE and started a vocal side-project Saint Online, where he writes both lyrics and music.
