Necessary Insanity El Dunco ft. F.M. by πΈππ·ππ ππΎππππ published on 2020-05-27T12:27:01Z This is an unreleased track composed in 2009 by El Dunco of @fragmentametal & F.M. The track has Linkin Park vibes and was created for a bit of fun. Song Credits: El Dunco: composition, mixing, mastering, guitars, bass, drums (real) F.M: electronic drum programming, synths Cover art: Cyber Kitten (Screenshot I took of Alucard from the Hellsing Ultimate series) I cropped it, added the blood, filter and text. I absolutely love the vibes this track emits. I feel it's somewhat of a musical cocktail combining elements from multiple genres such as; Hip-Hop (the beat), Metal/Rock (the guitars) and Ambient/electronic (the synths). The synths have an ominous yet somewhat ambiguous feel, I get a sense of tension and mystery. The guitars add some fire to the mix, ignited by some aggressive sounding power chords; which are complimentary to the preceding synths. Both the Electronic drum programming and real kit produce a punchy beat that fits well contextually and does not detract from the rest of the instruments. I especially like the clap & combined finger snap effect in place of the snare. A maraca-like sound is used in place of the hi-hat, it's relatively soft but still cuts through nicely. Last, but not least, the bass. A deep, almost synth like hum with some impressive fills that build upon the song's already foreboding feel. - Cyber Kitten DISCLAIMER: This song is not mine and I have been given permission by the copyright holder to upload it.
