The shooting and death of Monique Horn, a 23-year-old woman, in the Johannesburg neighbourhood of Eldorado Park, brought condemnation once again.

Concerned about the murder, the #YesEldosAgain movement has sent its condolences to Horn's family.

In an interview with Radio Islam International on Monday, Community organiser Dereleen James claimed that the ongoing gang-related shootings had traumatised the residents of Eldorado Park. However, more fatalities are occurring.
