We love Dubstepno | Techno Inspired Dubstep by accomplice published on 2019-10-28T22:12:25Z Back in 2008, We Love Techno was Seoul’s beating heart for underground sounds — a monthly night at the now-legendary (and now-defunct) Joker Red, where residents Analog (USA), Bada Lehner (Germany), Baya (UK), Re:Cursive (Aus), and Sunshine (Korea) carved out a space for those who lived and breathed techno. For Volume 6, I had the honour of being invited to take the crowd on a different kind of trip — one infused with the weight, texture, and structure of techno, but delivered through the bass-heavy lens of dubstep. Naturally, we called it dubstepno — because portmanteaus are the new black. This mix was handed out at the door that night on CD. It’s a deep, driving, cerebral set, built for dark rooms and open minds. If you love techno, but crave that sub-bass pressure — this one’s for you. 🌀 Featuring tracks from Martyn, 2562, Skream, Digital Mystikz, Pinch, Burial, and a few of my own cuts, including Tibet and Rhodes Vibe. 💽 Recorded: June 21st, 2008 📍 Joker Red, Seoul, South Korea 🔉 Style: Techno-Inspired Dubstep (aka dubstepno) 🗒️ Tracklist: https://accomplicated.ca/we-love-dubstepno/ Genre Dubstep Comment by Patrick Dubs This genre is actually 4x4 dubstep 2025-05-08T01:35:53Z Comment by james.johnson.unofficial This blend 🔥 2023-04-14T18:31:27Z Comment by accomplice @usama-nazeem: I think that you might be referring to Indian Stomp by Cyrus (Random Trio) https://tectonicrecordings.bandcamp.com/track/indian-stomp 2023-03-05T17:48:10Z Comment by Low Profile Looking fwd to it 2021-09-15T22:03:33Z Comment by Low Profile Dope mix! 2021-09-15T21:21:56Z Comment by Fat Really love this.
