I’m playing ball
I’m playing ball, ball, ball, ball...
After rainy times, there's sunshine or snow.
My earth dress has cracks, my feet want to go
My steps seek their tracks, don’t find them no more
You blow me away, world. How fast ist the show?
In some hearts I’ll remain, in some minds maybe too.
What do my breaches weigh, how much weighs time?
I’m my present to you, world, transition is never far.
After rainy times, sunshine or snow.
I’m playing ball, ball, ball, ball... letting it flow.
I don’t lose the ground, I don’t give him up.
My earth shoe binds me
And whether a book of deeds finds me, I don’t know.
Whom do I find, reading the book so near on the brink?
Rainy times, afterwards there’s sunshine or snow.
these streets carry steps until they go.
wasting me, comping me, not keeping me safe.
No need of hoarding. A garden grows till it’s overblown.
then losing the ground, then letting him go.
Quiet days, noisy days, I’m playing ball.
No need to survey the blowing away, the coming and going.
Running off is a no go. No other solution comes to my mind.
Trusting is not always easy, and when I fall, I get up again.
The rainforest and reveries are putting me off,
Some day my step will end, and I move along,
forgetting this horse, this ride, this breath.
The next part, the next act nobody knows
And till then I throw and catch the ball.
I’m playing ball and the floating goes on.
Ich spiele Ball_ I’m playing ball
Was wiegen meine Brüche, was wiegt die Zeit?
mein Erdschuh verbindet mich
Stille Tage, laute Tage, Ich spiele Ball,
