Danny Deleon Danny Deleon Brooklyn Danny Deleon is a Brooklyn bred house DJ and producer with a sweet spot for drums. Growing up in New York in the 80s and 90s with a family of DJs, good grades were rewarded with new vinyl. By high school he was DJing family parties with his impressive record collection. In the early 2010s, Danny started producing music. “I wasn’t hearing anything that I liked, so I decided to make my own.” An experienced conga player, Danny started tapping into his Dominican roots and early hip hop background to cultivate a fine blend of afro, tech, and deep house - a sound he calls Trek House. He’s played gigs at WMC, Miami’s Club Eleven, The Mixmag Lab at TBA, held residencies at Pacha and Cielo, and opened for Louie Vega twice. His monthly mix “Fusion Lab” ran on Global Mix Radio for two years. Since releasing his debut track, Magdalena, with Jeff Veliz on Let the Music Speak Records in May, 2022, Danny has released sixteen more tracks on four different labels, as well as his first independent release, Yo Toro-To , which peaked at no. 8 on the Spotify Afro House Chart.
