Stargazer (The Sky Is Full Of Drones) by Echoes .... Leytonstone published on 2016-06-13T21:40:32Z Made to prologue the upcoming release "An Orange Coloured Sky/The Storms Impending Approach", made for the 'Mechanical Dreams Along The River' event I'll be performing at : https://www.facebook.com/events/1632297980426725/ The release will go to a small handful of hand-dubbed C15's with individual artworks which will be sold on the night. I will upload a digital version of the release to bandcamp after the event. Sides A and B of the release are fully titled thus; "An Orange Coloured Sky (and Grey Wisps of Cloud Climbing Towards the Soot and Charcoal Storm)" (07:09) & "The Storms Impending Approach (as Leytonstone's Burning Skies Sizzle Out, and Night and Rain Take Hold)" (07:28) The tracks are essentially a collage/pastiche of various components of the full, rehearsed piece which will be performed on 17th June. It's my birthday as well. The unique artwork will feature writings as well, and several references to my birthday, mechanical dreams, rivers (such as the River Thames and the River Lea), Alice in Wonderland, Nat King Cole, electric sheep, storms, soot, gravel and various other ephemera.
