H'ing Publishing H'ing Publishing H'ing Publishing was established in 2010. We publish handbell and contemporary music composed by Hong Kong and Asian composers. Our music is vibrant, diversify with oriental flavor. "Hing" is a stone-made percussion instrument from ancient China. It can be performed in a similar manner as the "Bianzhong", bronze bells with different pitches that are hanged on a large wooden frame and struck with a mallet. In the ancient book of 'History of the Early Tang Dynasty' described the sound from the "hing" as the 'sound of winter'. The letter "H" from the word "H'ing" means "happiness" and "handbells", "-ing" reflects a continuous meaning of the sound that are produced as well as the passing out of good music.
