We'll chart his strange backstory, his successes, his failures, and the many bizarre stories along the way! Genre Entertainment Comment by Mikey Doo i like to imagine Vince McMahon's "guy" is the guy in mexico who gives Gob his "forget me nows" 2019-10-09T12:13:44Z Comment by The Attitude Era Podcast @user-235915839: Seems like you really don't enjoy listening to this podcast friend 2018-04-05T14:19:53Z Comment by kburns2406 Guy's restaurant is shutting down I believe. No more Flavor Town. 2018-04-04T21:19:24Z Comment by kburns2406 But XFL wasn't scripted. I mean, everything outside of the games were. But not the actual football. 2018-04-04T19:17:55Z Comment by kburns2406 I live in the US and my geography is bad so don't feel bad lol 2018-04-04T15:20:00Z Comment by Theproof Vince isn't gonna die in a bed. He's gonna die at his desk, probably while screaming at someone, possibly also while choking someone. Unless my pet theory is right, and he's a Lich. 2018-03-26T21:59:43Z Comment by Theproof I think a solid answer to the intergender issue - and hopefully you two don't say this three seconds after I unpause, is to kayfabe break wrestling into weight classes with no gender delineation. That way, say, Bayley would be fighting guys like - the first three cruiserweights I thought of are all scumbags, ahg - I dunno Neville who hopefully hasn't beaten or raped anyone, or spread MRA talking points, and would look like a much more even match, in theory. It would mean that she couldn't fight guys like John Cena usually, but... that would have the same problem. Weight and size mismatches are basically the easiest and most natural/obvious story to tell in wrestling - Jericho vs Kane etc - and it's hard to avoid telling that story when so many of the guys are towering muscle beasts. Kind of a built in bullshit handicap that cis men and women tend towards opposite sides of the size and weight spectrum. 2018-03-26T18:54:47Z Comment by Doc Rags You could put together a strong case for Vince McMahon being the best seller in the history of wrestling. He is utterly perfect at getting across just what's going on in his mind and what impact moves are having on him through facials and body language. He's not the best at bumping in the world, but he's masterful at the far more important part that comes before and after it. 2018-03-25T18:24:32Z Comment by Doc Rags Trump's fulfilled over half of his campaign promises within his first year of being in office. Not bad for someone who doesn't know what he's doing. Anyway, how's that whole arresting people for making funny videos thing going over on your side of the pond? 2018-03-25T08:12:47Z Comment by Ryan Mokelke In the week following the Death of Mr. McMahon, WWE's stock price dropped by almost 4%. By comparison, the price dropped about 2.5% in the week following the Benoit tragedy. 2018-03-20T18:23:06Z Comment by Ryan Mokelke Vince voice: "It's a FIELD dammit!" 2018-03-20T16:34:27Z Comment by Ryan Mokelke Faarooq voice from him interrupting Reverend D-Von: "I LOOOOOVE masturbation!" 2018-03-20T16:13:42Z Comment by James Watt Vince had the two word "You're Fired" catchphrase back in the early 2000s. Long before the apprentice... 2018-03-19T08:26:38Z Comment by James Watt Best quote on the whole podcast, Jo. "No, fuck off. I don't give him enough credit to do that." Bang on. 2018-03-18T22:55:45Z Comment by Nicholas Lawrence #How2VinceMcMahon aka the episode that might get us sued. 2018-03-18T21:24:58Z Comment by Jolt_Jaguar Jesus, that FMA analogy broke me! 2018-03-18T19:15:34Z Comment by RealDealJRH GARAGE STRYDOM, WOW! 2018-03-17T12:00:34Z Comment by MahDryBread Just a little clarification on where Bret Hart is from for Jo, Montreal isn't his hometown. Some consider Bret's claim to be a cultural icon there to be kind of goofy because he's from Alberta, almost the entire width of North America away from Montreal, Quebec. That and Quebec is French Canada, Alberta is English. All of that said though, there is no denying Bret was beloved in most of Canada, even French Canada. Growing up in Ontario myself right beside Montreal, even non-wrestling fans know the name Bret Hart. 2018-03-16T22:54:46Z Comment by MahDryBread Was Bret Hart known for partying hard? I'd never heard anything about that, he's usually described as a pretty clean living guy. 2018-03-16T22:09:24Z Comment by kristen-d-custer I am going to need a lot of weed to deal with 4 hours of the genius, scum and villiany that is Vincent Kennedy McMahon. 2018-03-16T20:12:09Z
