It is down to the parents to monitor the games that their children play, i can't count the amount of times that i have been playing gears of war online and run into kids below the age of 12. And because kids are going online on these older rated games they are also being subjected to "online convosation" that is to say people cursing constantly and making sexual innuendos at every oppertunity. At the end of the day we have heard this argument before in a different form with world of warcraft, that was the most addicting game of all time, until farmcraft on facebook came around, then world of warcraft wans't a issue anymore.
