MARUYAMA Kei Kei Maruyama Tokyo MARUYAMA Kei has played the piano since 4 years old. He has started his professional carrier as a musician in university. At the same time, he studied jazz piano, arrangement and music theory in music school. In 1991, he joined a funk band called "Miyao Susumu to Nippon no Shacho" and released "LIVE AT THE APOLLO", etc. After graduation, he worked for a consulting firm on the one hand, he has started a rock band called "CHAINS" and made a major debut with "Hiyorimi Scope" in 2003. He has been a part of Takuya Kusajima's project called "Interselector" and released "The Piano Live" in 2006. He was in charge of composing, arranging and playing keyboard. It became a big hit with a club music scene. In 2005, he founded "Matchfinder Co. Ltd." which manages "SOUND FINDER", the largest vinyl shopping website in Japan. Since 2006, he has played in a rock band called "YOU-DIE!!! & The Regents" and appeared regularly on legendary rock bar "REDSHOES". He is an associate grandmaster of "Shamisen", Japanese traditional three-stringed musical instrument. The professional name is FUJIMOTO Hidenagimaru. Currently, he has focused entirely on music activities, a musical performance and composition. A new release is "Cupid & Bataille, Dirty Microphone (JAZZ DOMMUNISTERS)".
