s h a r a d London "A true local of South Australia’s busting and decombusting scene, Sharad’s musical history dates back to a fervent sound of early-to-mid 2000s hardcore. Making a full transition into electronic music some ten years later, street art, graffiti culture and a move into underground events saw the creation of his Visitors collective, now a vital part of Adelaide’s enigmatic underground. With techno, house and electro naturally the base ingredients for Sharad’s style, a taste for ambient adds to his love for - by ways of historical contexts and contemporary tropes - minimalesque, tech house. Forming close relations with Ewan Jansen out of Perth, Venda out of Sydney, to hosting the likes of Shakolin (Ukraine) internationally, Sharad still maintains a working relationship with Transition Records out of Adelaide and Hindley St venue, Ancient World. Now based in London to experience, and have a better proximity to the clubs, record sellers and pioneers that have informed his sound, Barcelona’s Off-Sonar circuit was the first to hook up with his move overseas. With still time left to trawl eastern-Europe, Berlin and north of the Isle, Sharad’s enviable record collection, synaptic mixing style, and precision technique will get him there."
