A special programme was held in respect of Mata Bhag Kaur Ji. Sikh women have played significant role in Sikh history. Their history of faith, bravery and resilience are something the new world needs more than ever. Sikh women have been fighting, commanding battles during the times of the Guru. Their unyielding spirit also helped formed Langar and many other institutions/mechanisms the Gurus created. Bibi Gurpreet Kaur and her Jatha (group) do Kirtan.
