TBF 109 Wanted Down Under (Not the TV show) by The Blacksmith's Furnace published on 2018-05-20T21:53:25Z Today's episode is definitely not at all related to the TV show looking to help families decide on relocating to Australia, but, with Bobby A's pastor leaving with his family to Sydney Australia it just seemed like an appropriate episode title. And with that I guess I've given it away, we had the pleasure of being joined by Bobby A's pastor Captain Ashish Pawar and had a really nice conversation about his time spent as a pastor here in London and looking at the emotional, spiritual and mental challenges of making such a big change for himself and his family. Mo was busy playing pastor at his own church so unfortunately he wasn't here. Captain Ashish has been on the podcast before and is an incredibly humble and down to earth guy and that shines through so brightly throughout the conversation. I left really inspired and I'm really excited for you to hear it. And just before I forget here are our hookups Bobby A recommeneded a movie from way back called the Mannequin, it's a cult classic he suggests would be a great watch https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0093493/ Peter suggested a new Podcast from the creators of the Daily Audio Bible Chronological which much like the Daily Audio Bible I hooked y'all up with a few months back it's a year long daily reading of the bible in chronological order that will get you through the bible over the course of a year http://dabplayer.com/http://dabplayer.com/home/chronological And Captain Ashish recommended a book called Goliath Must Fall by Pastor Louis Giglio. Check it out here https://www.amazon.co.uk/Goliath-Must-Fall-Louie-Giglio/dp/0718088867 A special hookup was also provided by one of the long time listeners and friend of the podcast, the Inktrovert who suggested listening to Kaleb Mitchell's album 45 The theme is Michael Jordan and it's an album about God's purpose for us and His equipping us for that purpose so give that a listen too here https://soundcloud.com/user-814509862/sets/kaleb-mitchell-45 (Here's a link to the album but the artist himself is also on soundcloud so check him out here https://soundcloud.com/kalebmitchell ) We hope you enjoy the episode and if you do please let us know in the comments and let your friends know by sharing, and if you don't, please let us know in the comments and let your friends know by sharing. We're big believers in the "win-win" Take care and stay blessed. Special thanks to RUDE (@itsrudeboy) for the intro and outro music.
