Tender Dancing by 46&2 published on 2022-01-08T22:07:23Z BPM: 80 Instrumental: electric guitar, bass, drums, pads, synthesizers, arpeggiators. Production / Arrangements: The song is on the key of F Dorian, as it was not a dark sound I was looking for. Also, there’s one diminished chord I use as a passing chord that adds a lot of color to the progression. To add the song a sensation of space and groove the bass comes before the chords and the pads have lots of delays and reverbs occurring. For this there are 4 layers of pads happening at the same time. Structure: The song has two parts, one that works as an intro and A part, and other that’s a part B. On the part B we can listen an arpeggiator on a synth, a pad and the guitar hitting some chord notes. On the A part we have a short melody that adds a new element to the same introduction- chord progression. Tempo: Slow with the bass and guitar hitting off beat rhythm notes/strumming to add a bit of groove. Genre R&B & Soul
