Northern Lights by A&E SoundForge published on 2023-01-29T21:13:35Z A song about the northern lights and their mysterious appearance in unusual circumstances a long, long time ago... I hear the cries of winter I cant stand to see the sight Like waves they came crashing but now lie still there in the night Its far too late for many lying on once peaceful land I wonder who if any fell directly by my hand The morning brings a shiver as I lay behind the wall But I cant stay much longer as I hear the fallen call. Shadows cast by the setting sun another days work is done Close my eyes but I can't sleep through the long cold night I feel the light burning in my eyes as I gaze at the distant sky All around me I can see the northern lights. Strong vocals, with an inspired sense of wonder at the mysterious. Gritty guitars and thumping bass and drums. Enjoyed the determination of the rock style carrying us with urgency to see what you see, hear what you hear. A working man's well of inspiration. Cool. Saw this is Graham William's Feb. Collection and thought I'd peruse your page.
