Fallen Acid Rain(from Industrial//Nature AV performance) by Ari Nev published on 2013-11-06T16:25:43Z Fallen Acid Rain is part of an AV performance called -Industrial//Nature- more of the material that is showed comes as the result of two years of experimentation with sound and image by RNDM. The first element is a mixture of sound design and processing of field recording made in Sicily and Berlin area. The visual side of this project follows the idea of "Live Cinema", RNDM attempts to narrate with image his idea about the theme, all the film shooting of -Industrial//Nature- had been recorded in Sicily, a land in which the contrast of the two elements is more visible while considering the mostly rural landscapes still present in this island. The abandoned industrial ruins presents on the area create a sort of undisclosed reality upon these objects. No one talks about it, no one protests for it. They are just monoliths of a decadent knowledge telling us in the cruelest way how we have been so blind for years..
