Easelesque Doepfer A-100 Sequence by BLEACH CULT published on 2016-08-01T10:41:12Z I was going for a Buchla Easel-esque feel with this. It came out a bit repetitive and irritating at certain moments but I've learnt a few things along the way. This is a 100% modular A-100 performance, recorded live, no multitracking. All sequencing by A-160-2, A-160, A-166 > A-138m > A-151 > A-156. Transposed via external CV keyboard. Sound: Richter Oscillator II Sine out back into PM in via an A-132-3 (the wavefolding bit) into A-101-2 LPG. Envelopes provided by A-142-4 Reverb: Mr Black Eternal Gold Modified back into A-119 > A-116 > A-103. Mixed on a good old Mackie CR1604 mixer. Unintentionally this sequence sounds Boards of Canada / Alessandro Cortini like, but I guess this is down to the methods used to build the melody. 4 note sequence transposed up and down in real time.
