It more than likely has a purpose for sounding like another song. Try playing them back to back, with this one first. It works well as (wow shocker) an introduction. I think it was intentional, but I could always be wrong. 2017-07-27T04:50:44Z Comment by leoeoeoeoeo my new deity 2017-07-13T21:23:48Z Comment by crisxtl It's amazing!! >w< 2017-06-26T18:11:06Z Comment by Shuu Tsukiyama this is lovely 2017-06-22T08:33:27Z Comment by NicolaCola this is so pretty, i'd love to hear you keep working on this!! 2017-06-19T01:09:18Z Comment by k o w a r e t a People who complain about songs "sounding the same" are only going based on songs that share the same theme and maybe slight similarities in melody. But they fail to realize: there's only so many notes in a scale to begin with. Often times music sounds repetitive is because it's an artist's style, and who's to say it isn't part of a series?? Only using references to certain songs it sounds similar to isn't even relevant. For example, does this sound like "Circus Monster"?? Not at all, so not all the songs are the same. In fact, I don't think I've heard this kinda genre of music/instrumentation from Circus before, personally. It has a beautiful sound and melody. If you think this is "the same melody as everything else" try listening to the mainstream radio. This song is beautiful so far, and I hope all the drama in the comment section doesn't prevent it from being developed into something more. 2017-06-18T18:08:15Z Comment by nostraightanswer @user-704475683: They don't all sound the same. Saying that completely ignores all of the various intricacies and variations that his work has. It ignores the fact that lots and lots of songs share chord progressions to begin with (in many cases if you've heard one song you might have heard them all in some form), for the songs compared that have similar central themes, it ignores the difference in perspective regarding those themes; the list goes on. Circus's work, for sure, does not sound the same, and such statements are highly over-generalizing. 2017-06-18T07:02:33Z Comment by R0x3s please finish this song its too lit to not finish.. 2017-06-18T06:01:29Z Comment by Fector Idk man, I'm really digging this 2017-06-18T03:55:00Z Comment by Dav-P I love this! :D 2017-06-17T18:34:49Z Comment by Jorro Treul @user-704475683: this is kinda rude, but it's his style!
