Architechtonics of Music David Sepúlveda New York City Bred in New York, raised by New York- his life devoted to artistic exploration. Self taught musician, professional architect, writer and poet he is a world traveler of sorts drawing in from all experiences. His grandfather, an acclaimed writer, poet and journalist himself, passed on to him at a young age the "desire to create and the capacity to dream". David Sepulveda is currently in the experimental stage of his musical career, focusing on what he likes to call, "modern basics". Being influenced by such artists as De La Soul, Tribe Called Quest, House of Pain, Wu Tang Clan, The Beastie Boys, The Doors, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Bob Dylan, Bob Marley, Depeche Mode, Radiohead, and countless others, he uses this arsenal throughout this the experimental stage of his musical career. Aside from the aforementioned, his passion for electronic music is directly rooted by two people straight off the New York underground scene; Danny Tenaglia and Jonathan Peters. From the days of worship in the early 2000's, David was a regular at "Be Yourself" Fridays and Sound Factory's Sunday Mass parties. These events would forever leave an everlasting imprint upon his musical journey. His unique mixing skills and sets blend not only the different sounds of the world but gives the audience a musical specific importance to space and time. A soul in constant motion, David has channeled his creativity in not just the creation of music but in the manifestation of his ideas through technology and architecture. With David Sepúlveda's variety in style he is sure to shake the core of the very core of the music scene with a wide range of artistically produced pieces in the time to come.
