Twinkle (Piano Improvisation) by Debra Buesking published on 2021-05-07T00:56:54Z A little improvisation on Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star. Not quite up to Herr Mozart's "Ah! vous dirai-je, maman", but then, I'm no Mozart. But thank you, Mr. Mozart, for the idea. Genre Piano Comment by Paul Maurice Roche, Composer For one reason or another, a key component, of the instructional value of this piece, the importance of which somehow seems even more clearly expressed to the listener than in the earlier variations, is the importance of maintaining an appropriate dynamic range, for example, the importance of remaining within the boundaries of, say, mezzo-piano up to mezzo-forte; the importance of avoiding dynamic emphasis which lies outside the catchment area of what was rightly judged to be the correct dynamic range....highlighted in this particularly beautiful variation as though in chiaroscuro. Wonderful piece 2023-03-17T01:21:04Z Comment by Paul Maurice Roche, Composer The change of key at 1:01 is wonderful...thought provoking 2023-03-17T00:57:04Z Comment by Poetnsen <3 2021-10-16T11:33:48Z Comment by Lammbone Liking this Debra ( just listened to Ah! vous dirai-je, Maman) I got a lead preschool teacher job once b/c I was the only applicant who could sing 'Twinkle' in key, albeit with my unschooled, gravely voice. ha ha. 2021-10-15T18:44:32Z Comment by Myckael Marcovic You don't play, you talk piano! 2021-09-22T09:45:16Z Comment by doccrax what a gift the Father has given you.. an blessing others with it as well like me!! 2021-07-02T20:26:40Z Comment by Delirata 1983 So beautiful ! 2021-06-29T15:54:00Z Comment by Negative Headphone Beautiful piano. I would quickly add, however, that if you chose to do it in 4/4, your touch and chordal treatment would triumph over the time signature. The way you have arranged it, it is a gentle lullaby that allows Amadeus some needed rest:) 2021-05-07T16:54:31Z Comment by antuan exquisite 🎹 !!...Thanks Debra Buesking ...💫🙏💫 2021-05-07T13:21:07Z Comment by Jamie Rhind oh so pretty 2021-05-07T10:01:24Z Comment by Jamie Rhind so sensitive Debra 2021-05-07T10:00:28Z Comment by KimBo just beautiful, like always 2021-05-07T08:31:13Z Comment by Magi©ian™ (Making music make a difference) beautiful piece Debra ❤ 2021-05-07T08:14:01Z
