For Fabric to tag this with 'Dubstep' is merely a mechanism to get more people to discover the sounds through soundcloud... @GoldfingerDJ, you're right - this aint no skrilleggs. Which is a good thing by the way. 2013-04-09T15:50:56Z Comment by johnStrang relatively new to dub-step, gotta give props! loving the set man!;) 2013-04-09T15:28:24Z Comment by jacorossi.92 track id?? 2013-04-09T15:03:55Z Comment by Noncompliant What, not enough clown robots crashing cars for ya, Goldfinger? The dubstep that I first fell in love with was varied in beat and style, pulling its influences from garage, dnb, house, techno, hip hop, dub reggae...it was a melting pot of different sounds, and open to all, to the point that a genre tag seemed woefully inadequate, even then. As bass music expanded its horizons even more, "dubstep" came to define an incredibly narrow sound. And let me be clear: Pearson Sound/Ramadanman was making dubstep back when you had never *heard* of dubstep, dig? So the short answer is: if all you want is samey same clownstep, don't listen. If you really want to hear some varied and interesting bass music meshing with some groove and house music, dig in. 2013-04-09T14:41:18Z Comment by Moving Futures Music How is this mix dubstep again>? 2013-04-09T13:59:06Z
