Fernando TRZ releases his first solo album
Pianist, composer and music producer Fernando TRZ, in September of 2019, releases the album “Solstício”, his first solo author, a work that has seven tracks, mostly instrumental, with several participations of artists from other projects where TRZ acts as a keyboard player, such as the bands Liniker and the Caramelows, Cérebro Eletrônico, and partner artists such as Pipo Pegoraro, Thiago Carreri, Rovilson Pascoal, DeepLeaks duo and MC Dani Nega.
For the recording and elaboration of the arrangements of the album, TRZ scaled a team that had close proximity and affinity of musical language, as well as great friendship, they are: Emilio Martins (drums and percussion), Renato Cortez (bass and mixing), Éder Araújo (saxophone, flute), Rinaldo Santos (trumpet, flugelhorn) and Marja Lenski (percussion).
According to TRZ, “What was originally meant to be a solo album turned out to be a collective and colaborative album,” and still adds, “I believe the album is a discovery of my language and musical research, as well as revealing my influences on world tours, the search for the relationship between time and space, and the affective memories that emerge from them, finally, all my essence in the form of moving music, in the form of Solstice.”
Recorded in several studios between the interior and the state capital of São Paulo, and finished at MatoRecords studio in Minas Gerais, Fernando TRZ signs the album's musical production.
