Flipi Stipp Flipi Stipp London Born in Rio, currently lives in London. Along his career Flipi has played and recorded with several artists from Brazilian rock'n'roll and pop-rock scenes. He made school on late eighties and early nineties in São Paulo's underground scene playing in several projects and bands. In 2005 he idealized and recorded Selvagens Procurando Lei, debut album of Trëmula, rock band formed in association with Brazilian guitarist and composer Peu Souza, the album was nominated for the Best New Artist category at VMB Awards, 2005. In this same period he conceived and recorded the drums for Brazilian rap-rock band Medulla first album, O Fim da Trégua, joining back the band in 2015 for the Tour do Sol gig. In between 2001 and 2014 he played, toured and recorded for three different periods with multiplatinum Brazilian pop singer Kiko Zambianchi. Back to 2009 until mid 2012 he played and recorded for Sao Paulo's rock band Superdose. In 2014 he joined Dead Fish and Strike's guitarist, bass player and producer Thiago Hospede in his stoned-rock band project, Hostil. Living in London since 2016 Flipi made brief passages by Danny Fury's (Lords of the New Church and Sham 69) Tango Pirates and SE London grunge-soul band Sabatta. In 2018 he co-founded hard rock Madre Sun. He's currently writing and composing songs for his solo project and working as session drummer.
