For me, the image plays a primary role in the composition of a piece. The creative process that has the aim to translate what I see into what I hear is what interests me the most. I like to prepare from the beginning
the key moments and steps, on which I build the musical storytelling but without being too much “caged” into a rigid schemes. I always let a “window” open to new chances, to the “unexpected”. I like to put my pencil on the paper and see where it goes, which forms, lines and even drawing come out from that improvised moment.
The infinite possibilities of “telling” with sounds always push me to go further, to experiment always new possibilities, to try constantly to translate the untranslatable.
