4 McDonogh School Senior Girls and Boys Lacrosse Commits by The Fred Opie Show published on 2018-02-08T23:15:33Z Today’s Fred Opie show was recorded at the McDonogh School in Owing Mills, Maryland, a suburb of Baltimore. Coach Andy Hilgartner invited me to come and speak to several groups at the high school. I spoke at FCA huddle, Sankofa (BSU type organization), a history class, and ended with a lunch time Fred Opie Show with the McDonogh girl’s and boy’s varsity lacrosse teams. Both team are outstanding; the girls have not lost a game in three years, yes you heard right three years! Taylor Cummings, Jessy Morgan, and Jeremy Sieverts are outstanding McDonough alum who I’ve interviewed on the show. Today we interview McDonough seniors Julia Cooper a goalie going to Stanford, Maddie Jenner a midfielder headed to Duke, Jack Simmons and midfielder committed to the University Virginia, and Jack Sweeney a midfielder/attack men who will be attending the United States Naval Academy. Following the interviews I took questions from the audience. Follow the Fred Opie show and the content Fred shares on his website, Twitter and Facebook.
