Night Time (Diskette Remix) by Human Turbines published on 2022-02-02T07:45:11Z Human Turbines brings you their sixth release, featuring the founders of the Human Turbines label, Cramp (Ilnaz Tarkhanov) and Elton Smith. This time they have brought in some heavy hitters to keep things interesting. Seth Vogt comes in from the United States to provide vocals, Fonzerelli brings a progressive feel to his remix from Europe, Kultrun brings his usual deep and mysterious vibe from Australia, and the song returns to Russia for a Nu disco treatment from Diskette. There is something here for everyone. Of course, the original started it all with roots in Russia and Australia where Cramp and Smith drew out a record with house elements, big baselines and solid melodies for a real hands in the air vibe. Deciding a vocal would enhance the record, Nighttime was sent to Seth Vogt. His vocals draw on the times. We keep reaching out for the stars, the nighttime is calling. But are we allowed to go? Bringing the big hitters to the table, Fonzerelli, Mena music boss, strips back the original, simplifies the song and raises the bpm to 128 to deliver a high energy, driving and funky mix. Kultrun shows his colors with a quality, deeper and darker mix sure to prick to ears of some of the more underground DJs, especially since the vocal is used sparingly. Interesting use of breakdowns and synths, it’s a journey through time that seems to pass so quickly, you never want it to end, the groove is so tantalizing Finishing this off is Diskette who uses typical but brilliant nu disco elements to completely change the flavor of the release and bring a smell of the 80s to the show. We are pleased to have such a wide array of talent on this release, something for everyone and hope you enjoy it as much as we made the world come together in such challenging times. Genre House
