From his first World tour at 19 years old as a bassist for Banarama to co writing and co producing Madonna’s worldwide hit in 2009 'Celebration' in his later years; Ian's musicality has no bounds. Ian came up through the South London soul,reggae and jazz funk scene in the 80’s and 90’s working with the likes of Maxi Priest as guitarist ,co writing on Maxi’s album ‘Bonafide’ and Kenny Thomas producing 8 cuts on his Debut 2x platinum album ‘Voices’.Ian also went on to produce Kenny’s next album ‘Wait For Me’ which also went Platinum.. Ian also remixed ‘Midnight At The Oasis’ and ‘You’ve Got A Friend’ for Brand New Heavies, which became big hits. Also Ian remixed the song’Let Your Soul Be Your Pilot’ for Sting which was number one on Capitol Radio and the first ever live by satellite televised performance from New York on the show TOTP. After working for several years with Paul Oakenfold on remixes for Michael Jackson. Madonna,Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears, JLO and U2 to name a few, Ian's productions have featured in the Films,’The Matrix Reloaded', ‘Shrek 2’ ,’The Pink Panther Movie’ ’Chaos’ and “Shoot Em Up’ also ads for Hummer,Diesel and Motorola. Also Ian did the entire soundtracks for the Playstation Games ‘Bourne Conspiracy’ and ‘Golden Eye Rouge Agent’ plus featured tracks in the EA Sports Fifa games. Ian Green is now formidable across the UK Gospel scene and has collaborated with artists such as Noel Robinson, Lurine Cato and Fiona Yorke and many others, winning awards and having 5 number 1’s as an artist and producer in the UK AstepFwd charts. Ian is an accomplished musician, songwriter, remixer, producer, mix engineer who undoubtedly shares his love and passion for music it is no surprise that Ian Green extends this to his own family. His son Moko and daughter Yasmin (lead singer for Clean Bandit and very in demand session vocalist) are both artists in their own right, who Ian co-writes and produces them. Ian is currently focusing heavily on more dance productions and is working with vocal legend Lloyd Wade with new releases pending.The future is looking bright indeed.
