Stepped away from playing for almost 25 years while I raised a family, but was drawn back by learning about home recording, using the Boss BR 900 on my first songs. Highly recommend the Boss to start. Moved to studio one pro, which will give you endless ideas once you get comfortable. Lots to learn.
