Guttersnipe by John McLaughlin published on 2021-10-16T15:04:49Z I recorded this yesterday, starting off with more found vocal and synth sounds, with the synths utilising more percussive sounds - 9 tracks were recorded in unison. I then added and recorded the tenor sax, then the double bass and, finally, drums. I completed the sketch today to add to the track. According to the dictionary, a guttersnipe is "a scruffy and badly behaved child who spends most of their time on the street". I thought it meant the paparazzi!
