Since I was a little kid I have seen faces in knots of the wall panel. Our monkey brains can be tricked to perceive rhythm patterns in actually random (but overlapping) sounds - especially percussive ones. The same goes with melodies and harmonies. Electronically created music can be as random as any machine is capable to produce and yet I do hear melodies or consider some notes as an arpeggio (and start to complete that with my instrument). This has more to do with what I am culturally inclined to hear. Jux: modular synth, bass, guitars, and production. Genre Jazz & Blues
