lulpi Lorena Ulpiani Padua Lorena Ulpiani was born in Italy on the 9th August 1959. In the 1980s she moved to Padua, where she still lives today. She graduated from the University of Verona in Literature with a major in Art. For over 20 years she has worked as a professional journalist but has never abandoned her colour palette. A lover of steam locomotives, she has published a number of historical texts and cultivates a passion for itineraries outside of the usual tourist circuits. An interest in human rights in the 90s leads Lorena to work for the Cree, not your stereotypical bead threaders but rather the financially savvy natives of Northern Quebec. Immersed in the Quebec villages and lands, she develops a fascination for the language of geometry and a deeper understanding of aspects related to colour. The latter is complemented by her studies of sacred art, from Europe to China, and as far as Tibet, in a quest for that light which is immersed in a dimension beyond the visible and synonymous with peace and meditation. Works by Lorena Ulpiani can be found in private and public collections in Italy and abroad. lulpi’s tracks Zero empathy, pathologic narcissus / Empatia negata, narciso patologio by lulpi published on 2022-12-07T19:15:32Z Migrazioni / Migrations by lulpi published on 2022-12-06T18:13:19Z Sul Confine / On the border by lulpi published on 2022-11-22T18:49:42Z The inner boundary (The narrow Gate) / La porta stretta by lulpi published on 2022-11-18T14:35:05Z HIPOCRISY / IPOCRISIA - SOUNDPOEM - ITALIAN by lulpi published on 2022-11-15T16:18:01Z The Amen of a Glass / L'Amen di un bicchiere by lulpi published on 2022-11-05T15:27:25Z Morire senza eserciti/Die without armies by lulpi published on 2022-11-02T16:43:23Z poem... acoustical vibration of the infinite being by lulpi published on 2022-10-31T10:50:58Z
