Arduino Midi noise music by M366ou3 (n.) /wɛb bəʊn/ published on 2022-02-17T19:32:10Z This experimental sound piece was made using an arduino circuit I put together and then connected to my laptop via USB MIDI. I then used DAW software (in this instance; garage band). Adjusting the code of the arduino, in IDE, completely changes the chosen instruments, compared to if you were to play them from a regular midi keyboard for example. The variables of the code (numbers) can completely overload the midi with information, thus creating harsh or fast noises. The cable from the arduino, the arduino port and my laptop port can also influence the sound by wobbling and tugging them. This gives an unpredictable rythmic effect.
