Strip Mine - Daxter Rescored - ManeJayne Game Orchestra by ManeJayne Game Orchestra published on 2021-08-02T08:52:37Z NOTE: the original song was composed by Jamey Scott for Ready at Dawn studios' beloved PSP game, Daxter. This track is a rescored version. As promised, here is the track from Daxter I mentioned I wanted to make: Strip Mine (though it technically is used in the opening cutscene too, so it's sort of a main title too, I think?). HOLY CRAP was this one of my favorite tracks from childhood, and I've dreamed of making my own version for years. I used to open the marketing site for Daxter and refresh its page and listen to this track ad nauseum on repeat because it was such a jam. Kudos for Jamey Scott for the original piece and to Ready at Dawn for making such a great Jak and Daxter game. Also, thanks to Orange Lightning too, of course, for saving Jak from prison. ;) Now... onto Jak II music! :D Oh, and if you like the Jak and Daxter inspired font on the song's image, please go here to download it from the maker who so generously has shared it with the Jak and Daxter fandom: https://chriskirknielsen.com/fonts/ottselesque/ Genre Video Game Orchestra
