Träume von Eisenach - by Mariza, arranged by Ed Hartman by Mariza Costa-Cabral published on 2019-11-07T21:46:19Z Composed by: Mariza Costa-Cabral, except for the part from 1:45-3:51 which is Bach's BWV 999, with its rhythm altered by Mariza. Arranged, performed and engineered by: Ed Hartman (edhartmanmusic.com). There was of course that summer night when Johann Sebastian Bach lied down on his back, looked up at the sky, and let his mind bring him back to his early childhood in Eisenach when his parents were still alive and he lived with them and all of his siblings, and he felt whole again for a few minutes. (Johann lost his parents at the age of 9.) That night, his little prelude BWV 999 might have played in his mind and, although it did not sound like this, it may have felt something like this. By the way, I liked the following interpretation of BWV 999: https://soundcloud.com/bibliotecaperezcruz/j-s-bach-preludium-in-c-minor-bwv999 Genre Latin Comment by Evelyn Pielka So schön...🍀 2023-03-06T18:33:46Z Comment by Ineta Svärd :-) Bach! 2021-08-22T13:19:57Z Comment by KimBo Oh so sweet.
