Post-apocalyptic fugue by muterial published on 2018-11-08T12:47:41Z How do you follow up the end of the world? With something odd, of course! This was composed using an iPad app called Fugue Machine, which I found thanks (a lot!) to R.Salchak here https://soundcloud.com/r-salchaks-mood-exhibit/mood-exhibit-invitation. The app doesn't really create fugues, but makes it possible semi-improvise 4 hands at once all based on a single theme. This piece does have some live elements. The strange sound is because it is a recording of a "performance" straight from the app. In future will use midi. Sounds surprisingly legit classical orchestration, many things have fallen into right places here. Awesome. 2018-11-12T14:25:32Z Comment by Hierophlex This is the second time I hear the Fugue Machine in action- first being the ME's gorgeous piano piece 'Invitation' that you also mentioned.
