Where does it end? (feat. David Taro) by Nadine de Macedo published on 2022-07-12T10:14:44Z We revived 2000's nu metal and spiced it up with fresh synthesizers. Some situations in life are so worse, that here is only one question left: Where does it end? This is the title of my banging metal song about not being able to deal with your situation properly. The complex rhyming scheme of the lyrics just happened together with the broken arpeggio. It's the first time I added a synthesizer to a metal song. Suddenly I had the strong urge to slice and destroy it and it sounded so cool, that it became the post chorus. Recording this song, we all left our comfort zones and it turned out heavier than we expected šš¤š» "Where does it end?" is part of the album "Going My Way" which is available on Bandcamp. When all hope is gone And my friends mean nothing to me Where does it end? When everythingās done Thereās no place where I wanted to be When does it end? Yeah, I want to give it a fuck Dwelling in thoughts is where I am stuck Imaginations gaining odd dynamics In panic, God dammit! I think Iām gonna go nuts Sabotaging myself and losing the guts Bursting in tears, thereās nothing but fears Iām feeling the urge to disappear Where does it end? When all hope is gone And my friends mean nothing to me Where does it end? When everythingās done Thereās no place where I wanted to be When does it end? No relation to reality Losing faith in humanity I fight against insanity Nowhere to hide I am frozen inside I am scared I canāt make it right I want you to devastate The nightmare I create I want you to get it straight Iām still afraid NO! NO! NO! CANāT LET GO! Where does it end? When all hope is gone And my friends mean nothing to me Where does it end? When everythingās done Thereās no place where I wanted to be When does it end? A tuff mix that you pulled off well keeping all the grit with well EQ'd melodies . The vocals are made up of the same energy as an iconic david bowie grabbing center stage well done to all cheers 2022-07-19T03:25:41Z Comment by The fallen archangel š„š„š„š„š„š„š„š„š„ 2022-07-18T09:25:52Z Comment by Dirk Diamond Oh I loved that little shift at the end there, like something from a different song!
