AUDIO YOGA - ADVAITA by Neelabha Bhattacharya published on 2021-06-21T17:24:37Z 21st June 2021, On the occasion of World Music Day & International Yoga Day, it's my pleasure to Introduce the ‘AUDIO YOGA’ PART 2 for the betterment and well-being of all. Yoga means ‘Union’, and we may state from a Music Communication Expression as Yoga is ’Harmony’. However we do it, the objective is ‘Union in Harmony’ Taking on account the process of this simple yet very advanced form of yoga is discovered during my music therapy voyage from the lost Vedic knowledge and culture of yoga sutras. This is indeed the most ancient and advanced form of yoga. Although as developed yet, there are a lot of practices of this yoga form that I term Dhwani-Yoga/ Audio-Yoga; here I shall guide you a simple way to practice with this composition of mine. It's VERY EFFECTIVE to enhance your consciousness, that you shall mark after one session and repetition shall further enhance and sustain your superconscious skills, FOR SURE!!! Please follow the instructions for best results: 1. Sit in a comfortable posture 2. Have a glass of water 3. Use a Headphone 4. Keep an optimum volume 5. Now visualize the various sounds you can hear in the track as different layers 6. Now, try to distinctively attend to the various sounds, separating them from others. [you can do this better if you subside your thoughts on memories, vision, or feelings and only focus on the sounds as it is] 7. Have regular, slow and deep breathing during the AUDIO YOGA session. With every breath try to meditate on various audible sounds in the track. Remember you are performing this yoga with your ears, so the more you focus on the various layers of sounds [from near to far or vice-versa], the more impact of the exercise you shall experience. I wish you a very happy Yoga and Music Day May you stay Healthy and evolve to the best of your potential. Genre Ambient
