The EP is made up of two distinct sides; The RED Side and The BLUE Side. The RED Side features 3 Rock n' Roll songs played by the 9 piece Oak Creek band including keys, percussion and a three piece horn section in addition to the core band. Inspired by the production of Bob Marley's "Catch a Fire," the original tracks were recorded in a one day session at The Sanctuary in Nashville, TN where the band also performed and recorded later again that night with a live audience. The original sessions were taken to the Watters house where over dubs were recorded in the downstairs recording studio, the "Zen Den." The BLUE Side features three acoustic duets sung by the Watters. It's a throwback to the days before the band was officially formed and Daniel and Jenna where singing Simon and Garfunkel in coffee shops. Recorded downstairs in the "Zen Den," the whole recording process was done entirely by Oak Creek.
