Official Wet Money The Wet Money co-founders Mooty Man (Chris Mooty) and Lil Memphis Ten (Chris Joy) met in 2007 on board the USS Harry S Truman while deployed on a Mediterranean cruise. Mooty Man was working with B Boi (currently from the group Mullage) on his first project when introduced to Lil Memphis Ten. During a studio session Mooty Man, listening to Lil Memphis Ten’s demo, was impressed with what he heard. After brainstorming ideas the two felt certain chemistry and decided to form the group Wet Money. Wet Money’s musical style is based on raw energy of a new conscious twist, combining fun realism with heart and soul. Wet Money’s new video “Gangsta Walkin” was recently released, features B Boi from Mullage, and was produced by Trackmasters producer Ace 21. The video showcases Lil Memphis Ten’s dance style called “Jookin” AKA “Gangsta Walkin.” Alongside the debut of the video, Wet Money also released the Drippin Wet mix-tape.
