Sixty Drops Pratola Peligna, AQ SIXTY DROPS are an Italian Trip Hop collective born in 2013, when Salvatore Carducci and Daniele Vergni contact two vocalists, Jacopo Santilli and Ludovica Mezzadri, for the realization of ZODIAC, the project’s debut album. ZODIAC, released in 2013, it’s an EP containing two tracks (Nelumbium, Down The Light Zone) strongly influenced by the famous “Bristol Sound” (Massive Attack, Portishead, Morcheeba, Lamb, etc.); the work, positively received by critics and fans, was intensely promoted throughout the year with a series of live shows, interviews, reviews, etc. In the 2014, SIXTY DROPS release a remix of “Heaven”, a song by the famous British Trip Hop duo LAMB (from “What Sound” album, 2001). In the 2016, SIXTY DROPS release a new single, “Sky Reflector”, with the collaboration of Luigi Di Loreto, who played electric bass, and Luca Di Pillo, who played keyboard in the last part of the song. Meanwhile, due to personal differences, Ludovica Mezzadri left the band. At the moment, SIXTY DROPS are engaged in writing of new material and in preparation of upcoming shows.
