texturemachine made in Germany My name is Konstantin Schulze. For the past 11 years I have been experimenting with the sound in a huge variety of genres and ways but only now I realized that soundscapes are the most important part of me and my life. Closing down the rest of my other music projects, I will be putting all my time and effort into this one. The philosophy behind “texturemachine” is not to put certain frames and stereotypes of the modern art, but to create and improvise, or to articulate and use the inspiration given to humanity by nature. Some music you find here may seem to be strange or boring at first, but at the same time you can also experience new emotions and feelings by listening to another monotonous section of synthesizers. After all, our brain is organized in such way that when there is a lack of details in a track or if there are multiple repetitions of a certain section, by hearing all that our minds begin to improvise it over, adding in extra overtones and progressions that lurk in our subconscious. The gear I use varies from different analogue and digital synthesizers, self-made modular systems, many acoustic instruments and microphones, digital field recorders, reel tape recorders and cassette recorders. I will be doing some live recording sessions via Instagram as well as releasing my music on all available platforms and streaming services. Bandcamp remains the main place for all my stuff. texturemachine’s tracks Crystal Castle by texturemachine published on 2020-10-31T08:35:34Z Wire Break by texturemachine published on 2020-10-31T08:35:32Z Path Into Obscurity by texturemachine published on 2020-10-31T08:35:30Z Shelter by texturemachine published on 2020-10-31T08:35:29Z Talking Trees by texturemachine published on 2020-10-31T08:35:27Z Synthetic Birds Valley by texturemachine published on 2020-10-31T08:35:26Z Rainy Trip by texturemachine published on 2020-10-31T08:35:24Z Seaside by texturemachine published on 2020-10-31T08:35:22Z Hourglass by texturemachine published on 2020-10-31T08:35:20Z
