TyphusBars TyphusBars Blantyre Born Victor Zuze Davies is a Malawian rapper, actor, singer, poet and fiction and song writer known by the artistic name TyphusBars (short form T-Bars) who hails from Blantyre. The independent (unsigned) artist who mainly does Hip Hop and RnB/Soul started rapping in 2011 but singing has always been in his blood since he was a very little boy, choosing to do something about it in 2014. When he was a young child, he was a lead singer in a Children Ministries choir at church. When he went to secondary school, he was a lead singer in a gospel group and was also a member of the Hip Hop group The Officials. TyphusBars wants to make good music, music that is informative, motivating and interesting and that is the sole reason why his first solo track, ‘Born For Greatness’, recorded in September 2014, is an inspirational song. “I am not making music because everyone is doing it but because it is what makes me happy, it is what makes me complete and is the biggest part of my life” - TyphusBars. TyphusBars has numerous favourite artists but Nas, Lil Wayne, MGK, Vinnie Paz and Hopsin are his major influences as a rapper with Chris Brown, Skillet and Westlife influencing his singer-side. He is currently studying at the University of Malawi, Chancellor College. “Music is my passion. I promise you nothing but the very best of me” -TyphusBars. His second single is ‘Run This Town’ featuring a beat from Jay Z’s ‘Run This Town’ and it is an adaptation of that original song. TyphusBars’s tracks Run This Town Freestyle (Prod.
