5 To 4(disquiet0540) by K Joule published on 2022-05-07T15:35:31Z This is a simple study combining a steady 5/4 time with string parts in both 5/4 and 4/4. I started with a piano part keeping a beat on 1 and 3 counts and added other parts as the piece progresses. It is rather short but I am thinking about expanding this into a longer piece. I found it very inspiring to shake up the time signature a little but Ableton does not like it very much! Thanks again Marc for a fun and interesting challenge. Genre Classical Comment by Jimmy Lem Oh this is a sneaky one! 2022-05-14T03:16:35Z Comment by SliverSounds great 2022-05-11T07:39:44Z Comment by Daniel Diaz so nice, great peaceful track and sound. 2022-05-08T10:59:44Z Comment by how the night came this is lovely, and it took me a while to find the 5/4 rhythm - i liked that sense of being suspended for a while, it matches the melody well 2022-05-07T21:17:57Z
