ADDY Addy started singing at a very early age. Her first performance was when she had all the kids in her neighborhood listen to her sing “I will always love you”. She got up on a big rock and belted out to Whitney Houston’s smash hit. The song that made her wanna sing to begin with. She was six years old when she realized that singing was something she really wanted to do in life. As the years went by, she competed in local talent shows, high school musicals, and Norway’s first MGP junior After that she followed up with Idol and The Voice. Her love for America led her to LA, and later Las Vegas where she stayed on and off for 3 years. Even though Addy had a lot going on with her music, both in her home country Norway, and in the US, writing, singing and performing, she never really caught her break. She never really found her music or her place in it, until she started working on her debut album. Addy had to go through a lot of pain and growth to finally be able to really express her true self as an artist. That pain, and also wisdom led up to this very moment. «To be able to sing, and maybe touch someone’s heart with what I’ve been through and my emotions, is truly a gift».
