Fagan who was an OSHA whistleblower in San Louis Obispo, California. He faced racist discrimination and blew the whistle on serious health and safety conditions. He was forced to leave his job and became a groundskeeper where he injured himself due to the lack of staffing. He applied for workers compensation which he did not receive but was later criminally prosecuted by the San Louis Obispo District Attorney for workers comp fraud. He reports that he was framed by the DA and was sent to prison in a retaliatory prosecution for being a whistleblower. This interview was done on 3/25/21.
