Germination was a professional development project for early childhood educators, emerging artists and musicians. Through playful workshops, work-based experiences and with the support of a mentor, Magic Acorns has been learning about how we can support and nurture creative practitioners in musical play.

In this mini podcast series Dr. Jessica Pitt talks to participants who reflect on their experiences of Germination and also to an outside eye and critical friend.

In this episode Jess talks with Hope Watson, Gemination mentee and early childhood educator about developing their practice of musical play.
