“Rx to Feel” by E-Motion is a self-guided audio series for grievers, by grievers. It is intentionally designed to be listened to while in motion, and serves as a companion for moving with, rather than away from, the hardest things.

This first 12-session series focuses on finding steady ground. It will resonate with people navigating any form of grief, offering a gentle guide to find and maintain steadiness amidst the anguish and chaos of grief and loss. By tuning in, listeners become a part of the E-Motion Community. Each session in the series is narrated by a griever in the E-Motion Community, here to move alongside the listener with compassion.

Getting Started:

1. Start with the "Welcome" session: This session will orient the listener to the experience and explain what they can expect throughout the series.

2. Sequential Sessions: We invite the listener to experience sessions one through twelve in order. Each session is short and focuses on a specific concept designed to initiate a conversation between the listener and their grief.

3. Move While You Listen: This is designed to be listened to while in motion, moving in whatever way feels right to the listener: a walk, run, hike, bike, or even a light stretch.

4. (Optional) Virtual Sacred Circles: To complement the self-guided experience, listeners are also invited to attend E-Motion’s virtual sacred circles, a chance to gather with other grievers to honor and turn toward a life-disrupting loss. Sign up and learn more about the Virtual Sacred Circles on our website.
