OUTA refers criminal complaint against David Mabuza & 12 others filed with NPA by Radio Islam International published on 2022-12-07T09:08:58Z The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse, a civil society organisation, has filed a criminal case against Deputy President David Mabuza and 12 others. According to OUTA’s affidavit, the 13 are allegedly associated with illegal enterprises. OUTA’s CEO, Wayne Duvenage, says the organisation requests that Mabuza and the others be charged with organised crime. Speaking to Radio Islam International, Duvenage stated that deputy president David Mabuza should face charges of theft, fraud, perjury, and intimidation.
