When introducing Somersault, it’s best to let the music do the talking. With chart-topping releases on respected labels like PIV, Audiojack’s Gruuv, and Ben Rau’s META, as well as remixes by legends such as Jimpster, Darius Syrossian, Kreature and Audiojack, Somersault has quickly become a rising force in the global house and UK Garage scenes.
Heavily influenced by jazz-infused house and the shuffling rhythms of 2-Step, Somersault straddles the line between delirious highs and murky lows, with a sound that’s brought his unique sets to some of the most respected outdoor festivals and underground clubs. In 2025, he launched his own label, Alltalk, as a dedicated home for his eclectic and evolving musical vision.
From his early days as a session guitarist to establishing himself as a distinctive producer, Somersault has developed a groove-focused sound that is both timeless and innovative. His music has earned the support of industry heavyweights like Marco Carola, Archie Hamilton, Stacey Pullen, Prunk, Tobi Neumann, Groove Armada, John Digweed, Felix Da Housecat, Laurent Garnier, Karotte, Roger Sanchez, and Franky Rizardo, to name just a few.
Embracing a raw, stripped-back aesthetic, Somersault’s recent releases have landed on world-renowned imprints including Kerri Chandler’s MadTech, Bubble, Rendr, Rawsome Deep, Airtime, Whoyostro, Sit Down, and Innocent. His genre-blurring tracks have also found homes on Suprematic, Hidden Vibes, Stoneseed, and Open, showcasing his versatility and broad appeal.
From dimly lit clubs to sun-drenched festival floors, Somersault seizes the psyche of the party. His dynamic DJ sets have seen him perform at iconic events such as Amsterdam Dance Event and London’s 93 Feet East, while becoming a regular at festivals like Rabbits Eat Lettuce, Esoteric and Subsonic. On the club circuit, he’s brought his energy to esteemed venues such as Revolver Upstairs, S.A.S.H, Breakfast Club and Elsewhere.
Somersault’s music stays with you, its energy lasting long after the rave fades into memory.
